DTI was founded in 1995 by a group of Silicon Valley engineers and managers to provide leading-edge computing technology to the business community. While initially focused on distributed operating system, database and object systems, DTI now provides a wide range of specialty engineering and project management services, and in conjuction with its sister organization, Linearossa Network Services, unique disaster recovery and business resumption services.
DTI's personnel, who have an average of more than 15 years of experience in their respective fields, have been selected for both the breadth and depth of their expertise. DTI's staff includes operating systems designers, compiler designers, distributed systems designers, network engineers, database developers, user interface designers, telecom engineers, system architects, hardware engineers, chip designers, web authors and graphics artists. These indivduals are also well connected within their respective professions, which enables them to quickly augment their own capabilities whenever necessary.
DTI is not a contract programming group of "body shop". Rather, it is our goal to collaborate with our clients to determine the most effective and economical solutions to their computing and networking requirements.
